New DT Member!

Hi!  I am very excited to be here on this new Design Team!  I have been crafting for 13 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.  I love anything paper, digital or traditional, project style like 3D and making notebooks, cards and more.  I am a craft addict, and love it all that is how I got my blog name, www.somanycrafts.com  If you go there, it is So many Crafts, So little time, because my mind goes 90 miles per hour and not enough time to do it in with 2 kids at home in sports and working full-time but I am lucky enough to have an amazing husband who likes to cook (as long as he isn't doing the dishes!) and supports me in my crazy world!   I am very excited to be on this team because teams give you that extra ump to do more and it is all so rewarding in the end! My favorite of all are those silly 3d crafts that I can't every figure out what to do with after but are sooooo fun to make!  Plus it makes me look like a rock star in front of my non crafty local friends!  LoL!  I love layouts, cards are instant gratification (oops tomorrow is hubby's b'day :o and I have no card!) ahh he would rather I give him 10 minutes of time over a card anyway! Looking forward to all this adventure brings and hope to help my style grow even more!

DT Introduction

Hi! I am Gaby from gabycreates.com and am super excited to be here as Snapdragon Snippet Designs' DT coordinator.  We have a fun and super talented group of crafters that will be creating and sharing with you here on the blog on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in addition to a monthly tutorial on a Tuesday.

We are kicking off this week with brief introductions and a favorite share.  Everyday this week we will have a new post with a new designer, so make sure you come back to say Hi!

Like I shared above I am Gaby.  I am a mother to one gorgeous daughter and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.  I have been paper crafting for 5 years, but have been involved in some kind of craft most of my life.

This is one of my favorite projects I created using the amazing cutting files available on the Silhouette online store.

We need a design team!

Do you like to scrapbook and craft?  Do you have a blog?  Like to take pictures?  Do tutorials?

What are we looking for? We are looking for a creative team of individuals who want to have fun with fun designs, network with other crafters, and build and develop the Snapdragon Snippets name. Selected individual would need to make a 6 month commitment to making 2 blog posts in Snapdragon Snippets per month on a designated day of the week (1^st and 3^rd Wed for example).  We are looking for various skill levels and areas of expertise (scrapbooking, paper crafting, cards, etc) In return you would get the chance to network and build friendships with other designers, build your resume, build your personal blog and connect with us, and of course lots of free designs to stretch your imagination.  You will also have a chance to work with Snapdragon Snippets and make suggestions of other fun designs.
