I probably won't be ready for a little while. We are moving to this week and things are a little unorganized at the moment. <br /><br />If you are wanting to trial it before working with your good paper, I do all my trials with plain old print paper. I use a liquid glue for assembly. If using print paper, I usually scribble on one side so the pieces assemble correctly. <br /><br />Mine are stiff because of the size of the letter and type of paper I used. I used a heavy solid cardstock for the main build of the letters and mostly Echo Park or LillyBee Designs papers for the accents. I also used a permanent liquid glue to attach the accents, but I love your question of mod podge. I may have to try that. My letters are about 4.5 inches tall when complete.
